And since protein takes time to get digested and leave the stomach, you will feel full and satisfied. In case you are not aware, you burn more calories digesting protein. So, eat more food high in protein than carbohydrate to achieve your desired weight.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon study shows can help stabilized blood sugar levels. It can also cut back your appetite. Almost everyone that uses cinnamon can benefit from it, including cinnamon added to drinks as a sweetener. Cinnamon is great for yogurt, tea and coffee since it makes your drink sweet minus the additional calories.

Well, it is true, the effect is quick but when you eat plenty of hot peppers, you eat less. So, you cannot gain much weight because the pepper suppresses your appetite.

Grapefruit is no magic fruit and you cannot lose weight just by eating grapefruit alone. But, eating the fruit can make you feel full so you tend to eat less. Eating or drinking one glass of grapefruit before mealtime is a good idea. Most people who consume the fruit feel satisfied. Grapefruit is high in soluble fiber that is why you feel full after eating the fruit.

Apples and Pears

Apples and pears contain water, so you feel full longer. When you eat these fruit without peeling the skin, you will feel even fuller because of the extra fiber. It is also recommended that you stay away from artificial fruit juice so you get more fiber. You benefit more from chewing on apples and pears instead of drinking them.

Watermelon is a type of fruit that have high-water content. Eating the fruit can make you feel full so much that there is not much room to eat more food. Watermelon is great to eat since it is full of nutrients and water. It is low in calories so you will never get fat eating them daily. It is also a good source of lycopene, vitamins A, C so you get more benefits from watermelon. Snack on watermelon if you are hungry than chips and other fattening foods.
